Allied Plastics is experienced in Thermoforming a wide range of diverse Plastic Materials, such as HDPE, HMWPE , TPO, PETG, PVC, ABS, Polystyrene, Polyethylene and Polypropylene. Our eleven state-of-the-art Vacuum Forming machines can create Plastic parts and components that range up to 8 ft x 14 ft x 60”.  With the ability to manufacture Heavy Gauge Thermoplastic sheets, we typically deal with materials ranging in thickness from and between .060″ – .550″ gauge thick.

Special Material requirements will be specified such as FDA approved medical and food Material, electrostatic discharge Material, and fire retardent Material.   • Heavy Gauge – 120 mils (0.120 inches or 3 mm) or greater
  • Medium Gauge –  between 60 mils (0.060 inches or 1.55 mm) and 120 mils (0.120 inches or 3 mm)
