Our eleven state-of-the-art Vacuum Forming machines can create Plastic parts and components that range up to 8 ft x 14 ft x 60”. With the ability to manufacture Heavy Gauge Thermoplastic sheets, we typically deal with materials ranging in thickness from and between .060″ – .550″ gauge thick.
Specialty Materials for Custom Thermoform Projects
Allied Plastics engineering experts can match custom colors and custom textures for your Vacuum Formed components. Special Material requirements will be specified such as FDA approved medical and food Material, electrostatic discharge Material, and fire retardent Material.
