Heavy-Gauge Thermoforming
Our 20+ thermoforming machines support single-sheet forming, twin-sheet forming, drape forming, pressure forming, and sheet-over-sheet forming. We produce custom plastic components up to 8 feet by 14 feet by 60 inches using material from .060 to .55 inches thick.
Engineering and Design Support
Our IDEA Center gives you access to experienced engineers and designers who understand plastic materials, tooling, forming, trimming, and production. We work with your team to improve manufacturability, performance, quality, and cost before production begins.
Custom Plastic Sheet Extrusion
We extrude custom thermoplastic sheet in a wide range of materials, colors, textures, and thicknesses. In-house extrusion gives you greater control over material performance and helps simplify the transition from sheet production to thermoforming.
Prototyping and Thermoform Tooling
We support prototype development and custom thermoform tooling for new products, transferred programs, and part improvements. Our team works with you to evaluate part geometry, material requirements, production volumes, and long-term performance so the tooling is designed for consistent, repeatable production.
CNC Trimming and Plastic Finishing
Our CNC and robotic trimming equipment helps us produce clean, consistent results across complex thermoformed parts. We can also complete die cutting, punching, finishing, hardware installation, and bonding, reducing the amount of secondary work you need to coordinate elsewhere.
From Finished Part to Production-Ready Delivery
