Allied Plastics would like to announce an upcoming transition of leadership within our company. At the end of 2023, Steve Wieder will be retiring his position as Vice President of Sales and Marketing with Allied Plastics after 28 years. Steve started Allied Plastics with current President Tim Neal in 1995. Their hard work and determination, along with the entire dedicated team, has helped Allied Plastics grow into the robust company it is today. Steve’s leadership and dedication will forever be remembered at Allied Plastics. Below is a letter from Steve to the Allied Plastics team as well as our customers.
This letter is to inform you that, as of December 31, 2023, I will be retiring my position as Vice President of Sales and Marketing with Allied Plastics, LLC. What a ride it has been for the last 28 years! When Tim Neal and I started Allied Plastics back in 1995 we certainly had no idea what our future held. Thankfully, our hard work and determination, as well as that of our dedicated employees, paid off and Allied Plastics has grown into more than we could have ever imagined it would. I am so grateful to all of the employees that helped the company become what it is today. That being said, I feel that the time is right to move on to the next phase of my life and enjoy my free time traveling, spending time with family, golfing and fishing.
I have truly enjoyed our business relationship and appreciate the trust that you put in me and Allied Plastics over the years. I hope that you understand the seriousness with which I treated our relationship and the sincere effort I put into trying to make every transaction as easy as possible.
In light of this transition, I am pleased to announce that as of January 1, 2024, Jon Larson will take my place as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Jon has been with Allied Plastics for 27 years and possesses a wealth of experience and expertise in the industry, making him the perfect fit for this role.
