Thermoforming Services
From single sheet to twin sheet forming, Allied Plastics offers complete thermoforming capabilities for parts up to 9′ x 14′ with draw depths reaching 60″. Our facility features 20+ advanced thermoforming machines, twelve 5-axis CNC trimming systems, and five robotic arms for precise finishing.
Plastic Sheet Extrusion
Allied Plastics delivers custom sheet extrusion with capabilities up to 120″ wide x 200″ long and thicknesses from .060″ to .550″. Our extrusion department offers complete material versatility, multiple texture options (smooth, haircell, or levant), and advanced co-extrusion capabilities for multi-layer constructions.
Finishing & Assembly
